Commission Information
To commission the
artist: Fill out the contract form
providing name, address, phone number, size and description etc. You may obtain
a contract here.
Forward contract and photos to me or my representative. Upon completion
of the painting, you will be mailed (or emailed) a "proof" copy. Upon
approval, mail the check directly to me, then original artwork (and your
photos!) will be sent to address provided. All work is double-matted. Exterior
of mat is 14" X 18" unless other arrangements are agreed upon in
advance.
Important!
- Receive confirmation from Carolyn to insure
contract is underway
- Explain in writing any "special
requests"
- Better photos help make better paintings
